Ordering on the App was easy! I did have to call the East Lansing MI location regarding issues with Door Dash, but they were very helpful. I sent them to a friend had not tried Crumbl Cookies yet and she was excited to receive them.

Can't say enough about this place. Im not too sure who runs this location, but whoever is in charge, please give Savannah some kudos. She is extremely nice, helpful, and patient. A true customer service queen. Crumbl has left a bad taste in my mouth in the past, but the service and care I got from Savannah will definitely have me coming back.
My favorite place to go for a sweet treat! The staff is always very quick and attentive to me compared to other crumbl’s I have visited. I found Savannah to be a very good worker the many times I have went in and wanted to give her a little recognition!
I drive 30 minutes just for this location!! Crumbl always has awesome tasting desserts.. but Ashley who works there is the reason I come to this location!! The girls in the evening made me feel like I knew them for years. They were friendly, efficient, and made the visit smooth and enjoyable.
